Cancellation Terms
Should you < 28 nights cancel before your scheduled booking, we reserve the right to charge 90% of the total price if we cannot find a replacement for your booking period, and in any case a cancellation fee of 10€*.
Should you 4-8 weeks cancel before your scheduled booking, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the total price if we cannot find a replacement for your booking period, and in any case a cancellation fee of 10€*.
Should you 8-12 weeks cancel before your scheduled booking, we reserve the right to charge 25% of the total price if we cannot find a replacement for your booking period, and in any case a cancellation fee of 10€*.
If you cancel > 12 weeks before your planned booking, we charge a cancellation fee of 10€*.
